Along with these iconic hits, Taylor’s Thread chronicles James Taylor’s personal, emotional journey behind these popular songs, from his ups and downs with Carly Simon to his lifelong collaboration with dear friend Carole King. 

As for the members of Taylors Thread, the band’s roster draws a veritable “who’s who” list of touring, recording, and songwriting accolades.  Members of Taylor's Thread have shared the stage with Keith Urban, Hootie & the Blowfish, Bob Marley’s Wailers, Eddie Money, Waylon Jennings, Beth Hart, Billy Joe Shaver, Mick Fleetwood and the Blue Whales, Florida Georgia Line, Bill Champlin of Chicago, Kelsea Ballerini, and many more. 

Taylor’s Thread was particularly honored to have their recordings selected by James Taylor’s team to be shown onstage in his Europe tour performances; James personally commented on their performance, praising their authenticity.
